A Note From Your Teacher


Dressing for Winter
Warm coats, boots, snow pants, mittens, hats and scarves will keep your child warm as he/she plays outside. Because outdoor clothing items are easily misplaced, we request that you clearly Label all items of clothing to minimize the potential for loss. There is a lost and found in the school gym.



Good nutrition plays an important role in your child’s learning
Please try to avoid sending candy, chips, cookies, and chocolate to school on a daily basis.

Healthy snack suggestions
-         Yogurt mixed with fruit
-         Apples, oranges, grapes, bananas, strawberries
-         Carrots/celery with dip
-         Crackers with cheese
-         Sandwich
-        Granola/cereal bars

            Due to allergies in the class please do not send any food that contains nuts 
(including peanut butter or Nutella sandwiches).
